RETURN POLICY:

All returns must be pre-authorized. All sales are final on custom orders. Blingtastic Apparel Designs guarantees all its merchandise. Merchandise that is defective or damaged must be reported within three business days. Items must have a return code for a replacement. Defective item must be returned in new condition, and with the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Defective merchandise on custom orders must be returned within 10 days of purchase. A replacement of the exact same design will be shipped out at no charge.

Include original sales receipt with your return

Returns will be credited to the original form of payment. If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.

Use the shipping service of your choice (We highly recommend using a service that offers package tracking. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages by carriers.)
